As for the Boulders: we now have a sizable pile of boulders on "pebble beach" that Juels has collected. What needs to happen now is the boulders need to be moved to the entry area so that wc can build the two terraces and plant the palms. The issue with moving them, is that the plan was to use the barge to pick up the boulders and bring them around the island closer to where they need to be, but to do that we need very calm conditions that we haven't had, otherwise significant damages could be sustained to the vessel. After speaking with Juels, Peter and Boscoe, I think that the best way to get these boulders moved and set in place, would be to move them by land, using the equipment we have on island. This would make the project move and be finished faster. As you know Peter and Juels will be working weekends to move things along faster. They both assured me that Saturday and Sunday they could get the boulders moved off the beach to the top of the hill. So that starting Monday, we could move them to the entry site and finish stacking them to make the two terraces, then backfill them with topsoil and plant palms. Aside from any major setbacks this could be completed in one week, 7 days from this Monday. With your ok we will start this. Otherwise we may have to wait days/ weeks for ideal water/ weather conditions to use the barge.
