I know that these things have a cumulative effect... one that that we don't fully realize because we are busy coping and trying to move on. When Bill was under attack he focused on doing the work he wanted to do and paying as little attention as possible to the negative. His detractors were no less determined, but he had the advantage that his good work played out publicly and belied the image his detractors tried to create. You are - or try to be- very private. There is no positive public image to contradict the negative. I think you have to move on doing what you do but I also thing you should be seen doing positive (not necessarily philanthropic) things: quietly, seriously but not secretively. I also worry that you tend to your own healing. In the meantime PB real estate is very active. The 40 Blossom Way house is under contract, I think at $32+ for 190 feet. It was on the market for less than a month. There was an offer for one (but not both) of the Kurtz Via Vizcaya lots, which the bank is resisting obviously wanting to sell both. The Malasky spec next door is under contract at S10+. I still like the possibilities there. I have another idea I like a lot too.
