Zip: 0 Phone Work to be performed at: Little St. James Flagpole Pool #1013 Email The Flagpole pool will be completed on Monday, February 13, 2012 which includes the re-plaster and the hook-up of the two heaters Balance owed on original agreement is $ 19,742.19 and is to be paid in full by Monday, February 13, 2012 VI Gunite Pools will sign a separate agreement to chip out, bond coat, and re-plaster the main pool (see attached proposal) LSJ agrees to work with VI Gunite Pools in supplying all necessary materials, equipment, and consulting when needed to help expedite the completion of all work outlined in the prior agreement including beaters, and re-plastering of both pools Pool will be drained to I" by LSJ and be ready for bond coat on February 13. 2012 VI Gunite Pools will have the main pool chipped out and ready for bond coat on February 22, 2012 LSJ agrees to have material on the island no later than February 22, 2012 Main pool is to be plastered on February 25, 2012. Any alteration or de.iation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon wrinen orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon stack accidents. or delays beyond our control. Homeowner to carry fire, tornado. and all other necessary insurance upon above work. Respectfully Submitted: Per.
