We have restructured these into two large estates lying just next to each other beautifully situated in the wines, close to the Chapelle St Anne, overlooking the Plage Pampelonne. One is a pittoresque wineyard and has a new building permit of 4700 sql The other has a large garden, a main house and guest house. They total about 3 hectars. We are going to sell one of the two preferably to someone we know - Eva thought you might be interested ? I have enclosed some photos of the one and elements of the permit of the other - and a map.
