Thanks for your note.
I. Gardeners: I am trying to get hold of one of the previous caretakers to check;
2. Basement installation: As the courtyard needs to be redone to re-align the levels, the best
access would through the courtyard as you suggest. I would guess that the basement spaces on
the street side extend to the front terrace boundary thus making an opening relatively
straightforward.
3. Entrance: A mid sized removal van can make it through the door in reverse. I imagine
heavier/larger equipment would be lifted over the front section.
4 South Africans: Happy to discuss. We do a fair bit of hotel asset management - which are just
big houses really!
I have reached out to BIA yesterday and am awaiting their response. Arc you still in Paris next
week?

any ideas how one gets the gardeners and their equip , in and out with all the rubish generated
from the garden.. they can't go through the kitchen,? how does one get a propert mechanical
