If the simple question is whether the attorney Mark David Quinn who represents Cara Holmes is also the Mark Quinn who was an FBI agent in Chicago when Cara was there my first impression is no. The lawyer is and has been married to a woman named Karen Quinn. She is also an attorney but her claim to fame is being the author of several books, THE IVY CHRONICLES, WIFE IN THE FAST LANE, THE SISTER DIARIES, HOLLY WOULD DREAM, MEET CHRISTY HAYES and others. She has a blog and a radio show. Her life is pretty well open because she is a self promoter. I see nothing in her life story which would connect her to him as a FBI agent in Chicago. But, beyond all that, the Mark Quinn who was an FBI agent in Chicago when Cara was there is still an FBI agent in Chicago and has been there the entire time. As far as I can tell he has been with VC1, The Chicago Violent Crime Task Force since 1994 and has supervised that unit since 2006. This would leave him little time to practice securities law on both coasts and also live in a 33rd floor condo in Sunny Isles Beach with his book writing, blogging, radio talk show hosting wife. He is sort of an odd person to be in Cara's world but one never knows how people become associated.
