I took four boxes of files, income tax returns, all the trusts etc and delivered it to Phillip Michael's yesterday. He tried not to smile...but I know he was impressed. He is sending my brother a letter shortly. He says if we went to court, I would have a 99% chance of winning. We are not going to court. I said, "I want it all.". He said I can't do that. We will make a deal. Not only did my mother invade my father's trust, she gave all the money to my brother....and he was the co-trustee of the trust. Its all in the files. In her handwriting and legal papers. It's just astounding. Do I need a tax accountant? Lawyer told me to put all the jewchy in a safe...should I just take it all out of the house and put in a safe deposit box...or a safe in the apartment? My neice is living her and knows nothing yet.
