Roland Husner, sent me a letter to which was attached a draft complaint that he said Mr. Bleyer/Husner intended to file at state court in California If I did not remove postings. After Mr. Bleyer/Husner first complained by email, I did substantial research on him and came across multiple civil and criminal complaints, including a few arrest warrants, that have been taken against him over many years. I downloaded these from PACER and ordered others from state courts, giving me a comprehensive picture of his background. I have also obtained information about something he was recently involved in in Europe, which is extremely dubious, to say the least. These documents and other considerations caused me to decline his request for the removal of postings. If he proceeds with a lawsuit, it will be defended as vigorously (and, no doubt, successfully) as I have defended other actions against me and/or my firm. However, I believe that most companies would rather cave in to demands, no matter how unjustified, rather than spend the time and money defending a lawsuit. Hence the problem of some boards being taken down in their entirety.
