He will lose immunity claim, but will appeal it which will take another 6
months. The French prostitution charge is very thin. The theory behind it is
complicity: if you ask someone to have women at a party, you are complictous in
the procuring of women. It would mean every john is a pimp. DSK will get that
charge nullified, but it will take 12-18 months
