Hi Larry:
I hope you had a good trip to St. Thomas. Attached arc some additional photos of the aircraft
and an excerpt from the Blue Book.
I. Engines just completed overhaul and returned.
2. Last 72 months inspection was completed 28 December 2009.
To confirm, we have not yet listed the aircraft and it does not show up on AMSTAT or
JETNET. After my discussion last night, they agreed to allow me to wait before posting the
aircraft until you have an opportunity to make an offer. I told them that you would probably
make a decision in this regard within a few days. I explained that you were planning a trip to
Asia in May and they also said that an agreed offer with deposit would hold the aircraft off
market until after your visit and acceptance/rejection. Not sure where we could arrange a
formal pre-buy, but that should not be a difficult problem to address.

As you probably know, there are pluses and minuses with being the first out of the gate on this
aircraft. While we both recognize that they will not realize 9 million dollars for the aircraft, if
you really want it, I think we will need to get them a somewhat realistic offer. I can have
some influence in the outcome, but if they feel like they are being taken advantage of,
negotiations won't get very far.
In any case, the ball is in your court. Let me know your thoughts as soon as possible.
Thanks
Best Regards
Fred Wagner
