Just got off the phone with him. He says there are still little things and wants me to come up so we can get it done face to face. I told him I would look at my sch and get back to him Honestly, I think we need to back out gracefully now. 1) Even if I could get there this week, which I can't due to ad bd meeting all day thurs with PCT clients and pharm, and a high level meeting with the senior team tomorrow and I'm out of the area on Friday, which I can't change — there still needs to be a legal agreement.... 2) I don't see him agreeing to a legal agreement because he doesn't work this way. 3) AND most important, if I could get to a face to face, and he agreed to our legal terms, the earliest this is done is say FridayMonday — now we've lost two weeks and there just isn't enough time now to get to clients and convince them of the need to part with 6 figures for a Sept event. 4) I will of course leave the door open to work with him in the future....
