I have been told that you need to see evidence my current status. I am out of town and can fly back for the day if you so require. However, in the interim I have arranged for someone to bring to you on wednesday the evidence you have requested . The fact is that I have applied for asylum and await a hearing , I am told this will happen in late 2013 at the earliest. I will have delivered to you an official copy of the I- 589 ( asylum application ) receipt from Immigration. as well as a copy of my passport and my former f-I visa . If you would like to set a time to speak , and would email me same, I will call you at any time of your choosing tomorrow , and if you need any additional documents , they can be provided immediately.
