As I told you before he wanted to see you again, they were just really busy with everything that was happening. From what I heard he even talked about you to all the ministers ( reunion of all the ministers weekly) so there is no reason why they would have any problems. And he thought you were great ( he told me that). People around my uncle are very very slow to respond and I hope this won't discourage you! I hope you are not too disappointed and that you'll be able to go to Abidjan during your trip ( from their part they want you there).
