Online the price for this boat ranged in price from $29,900 (Craiglist.org - located in New Jersey) to $47,500 (Boattrader.com - located in West Palm FL) Two online sites I looked at for boat sales in Tortola BVI, BoatshedBvi.com and Apolloduck.com, had no listings for a Spectre boat. I called Carlos to find out if he knew what marina Manuel was using for his boat. As of about a month ago, the boat was sitting on a trailer in his parents' yard. Manuel may have worked in the BVI at some point and probably found out about the boat, not through an ad, but through a friend on Tortola who knew Julian B. Maduro, the person listed on the Bill of Sale as the seller. I can research the newspaper/classified ads publication in the BVI, and see if they have a history of an ad for this boat.
