Yes. Have been thinking about that.
I have 12-18 months to "wind down" the work - not sure how much/how long to stay.
Boris (who doesn't know anything of personal efforts) would like try to help with a plan B in terms of helping out
maybe at BGC3.
If I go to C3 I will be half time here, half time there -- or even eventually just full time there. Not sure Bill will want
me there though.
But you are right - if I am going to do this, I need to keep it separate and am doing so.
Will we be talking at noon?
Is this a secure address to send you the slide deck?
I can make it into a PDF.
I've got to stay calm and supportive till November or so as Steve gets through the hardest time in his life w
MSFT.
Not sure how (or if) I should just be frank with Bill and Boris and ask them to cover me for the next 12 months
somehow since I have to stay in SEattle till then.

I have given it a lot of thought. .. you should stay on the foundation .. tell them you will be doing some of
your own work along side the wind down, and if they want to reduce your salary by 25% . the approx
amount of personal time you will spend on these things . to do so.
