Then we will suspend pay for the time of the suspension. No accrued vacation check will be issued. IF they do not agree to suspension and termination for cause is the course: we will issue a paycheck and any accrued vacation checks to be dated May 4, 2012 for the pay period April 23 to May 4. Note that Manuel is not back as of today so his accrued vacation due will be reduced for another day, accordingly. Thus we will have to redo the amount in the termination letter if it is issued. Please advise if you do not want it to be handled this way.
