It has been determined that only one recirculating pump should be on at a time. when we commissioned the unit there was no mention at any time that we had to close this valve manual and rotate pumps monthly basic to much water passing over the coil to quickly. Trane did not even pick this up. !! new condenser will be ordered, this should be covered by warranty.
