Jeffrey, I understand that Henry Swieca is unwilling to consent to a waiver of Dan Zwim's confidentiality/non-disclosure obligations with respect to Corbin, both as to the specific restructuring transaction that is at issue right now and, generally, as to Mr. Zwim's interest in Corbin and Corbin related matters. I also understand that Mr. Swieca opposed a Corbin buyout of Mr. Zwirn's Corbin interest or the assignment by Mr. Zwirn to Jcepers of Mr. Zwirn's Corbin interest (or the economic rights in the same). I think it would be helpful if you could speak with Glenn Dubin and ask that Mr. Swieca give his consent to the full waiver of Mr. Zwirn's confidentiality/non-disclosure obligations and also to find an acceptable way to move forward with a Corbin buyout from Mr. Zwim or Mr. Zwim's assignment of his Corbin interest to Jeepers. Without the waiver, I cannot review the restructuring documents, I cannot discuss the restructuring with Mr. Zwirn's attorneys, and we cannot make any meaningful progress with Mr. Zwirn and his attorneys on the acquisition of Mr. Zwim's interest in Corbin which was initially to take place over a year and a half ago. Moreover, the Zwirn buyout/assignment has been in abeyance for well over a year now and I think it would make sense and be to everyone's benefit to get this resolved once and for all. Thanks.
