Definitely what needs to happen, is everything needs to come out, the whole building needs to be pressure washed, floors re-coated and painted top to bottom. When I spoke with the mechanic yesterday, he suggested using that area as a body shop to repair some of the rusted vehicles. If we go this route, I would suggest waiting on the painting and floor coating until the bulk of the body work is completed, otherwise we will have to do it again to cover the overspray.
