My intention was not to pitch you the Asia Gateway investment, but I am delighted that
you consider this.
To have you as partner in this venture would be an honour!
I am finalising various term sheets so I wanted to ask you for your thoughts.
The deal is a US$ 5 m investment, which is conditional of the business achieving revenues
of min. RMB 1 m from the city government payer.
