I spoke with Carlos about the boat in Tortola. He said that they had planned to
pick it up next week. Evidently it hasn't been ran in 8 months and the shipyard
says the bilges are full of water. I think the chances of this boat running when it
gets splashed ore very slim. I think it would best if we sent one person over to
inspect it before it is launched. If we hire the mechanic, it would be best if it
were him.
