South Africans have a great work ethic and are also friendly and respectful. Nothing worse than either staff who grovel or are over familiar!! Are you still OK for me and Lars to come by the Island on the 25th February for a few days, as I need to sort out travel arrangements? Though no worries if it no longer works for you.
