I have spent my life involoved in security, albiet, State security, 2 these skills developed over fifty years included strategy, both long term and short-, tactics,- resource allocation, alertness as to risks , some more benign than others , seizing opportunity to strengthen the curent position etc . I now intend to transfrer those skills to the world of Financial Security, defense of assets. allocation of resources. setting achievable realistic goals, using technology , the same skills that were needed in defense are now being required in the world of finance. . how to recoginize deception, how to plan for contingencies, being flexible in a world that has unexpected events. AS i side note, I myself have always traveld wtih a team whose goal it was to protect my physical security, I had my wife who has provided the most perfect emotional security, but i realzied my financial secuirty , was somewhat in question. it is a question that we all need to ask of ourselves. the three legged stool of the physical the empotional and the finacnail. is each leg as strong as the other. As i began making a plan for my financial future i relazied how similar were the problems solutions and disciplines that i had dealt with my entire career but in another realm.
