To keep her on a protect basis I need the federal to be $109000 and the NY state and city to be $45000. The amounts could be lower if I know about what the income form the company will be. Do you have any estimate of additional revenue that will be received this year? Also do not forget about the calculation of her share and the impact of the NYC tax calculation.
