There are many smart people with the right motivation that could do it. (I could imagine I am the only one, that I have some special engineering abilities, but that's not true). I have already bid this out to many vendors in the space industry and every one of them has come back with variations of solutions. To be clear, I would sell it and move on — it is the only chunk of spectrum to make this happen. I had ambitions to build this massive company, but that was under the right circumstances.
