Is it normal that they don't listen? Please ask Dulce why she did not clean up the bird poop as I requested (on master bedroom wall) Danny was told to fix lights. Did also not happen. Jason was told about plants by master bedroom Carlos did not clean trampoline Etc etc etc We need to have a meeting with all staff and let them know that if they want to keep working here, they write down and do the things they were asked to do.
