I am in Hawaii about to head to the Middle East. I will be in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I am likely to see the top Saudi leadership — maybe the King and Crown Prince and definitely the Deputy Crown Prince. It should be interesting given all the turmoil. The Foundation is thinking about how we can help them with local problems including Egypt and Yemen where health and agriculture are messed up. Egypt is richer than we normal focus on but in order to have common cause with the Saudi's we will need to be flexible. Unfortunately the Crown Prince of the UAE is travelling as is the head of Dubai so I won't see them this trip. I also have the Pakistan health leadership coming to see me in Dubai for health/polio discussion. On Friday I go to Paris and see political leaders and then a day with Bono and an advocacy group he has —ONE. I will see some rich people in Saudi Arabia and UAE to discuss philanthropy.
