The fact that they already put a bid in writing at such a low value, is a problem. your proposal is you want control, their money, little interfernce, attendance at their meetings billions of dollars infuturc value and what you arc giving them is a promise . not realistic in my opinion. . but stranger things have happended. . lets see where they come back , and then I will help you hire the right negotiatior.
