I am locking my door for security reasons (to ensure that items in my office are not taken). The real question is, why are you trying to get into my office when I am not there? I was not going to raise this issue but since you have, I will do so. In the past I have found my personal files (including working papers and notes) in your office. These were taken and my personal files were copied without my permission.
