Yuri, I thought more about our call. To remind you, I relied on your word, Bill relied on your word and Lany (Bill's chief of staff), confirmed your commitment to move forward only two weeks ago. However the very same day that I received a final draft of the ppm (27th version), you asked Saurabh to notify me that after 7 months of me moving forward that you had changed your mind. This is not fair, and though I am very understanding of your other commitments, I find myself in a very difficult position as a result of taking you at your word, accepting your handshake and counting on you fulfilling your commitment. As I briefly explained you, I have few alternatives but to continue to move in this space. Also I remain convinced that it is super promising investment thesis and that a lot of return could be generated. I was thinking of your question what I would like. I ) With your permission, use the ppm from which I would remove any reference to you, Saurabh, DST or any DST affiliates. 2) I would hope that you would be a special limited partner. We could structure that you are not being charged fees. We could structure that you if you wish, have an opportunity to co-invest in various deals whatever makes sense. 3) I possibility that I could use DST as a back office. (for two years or until or until I could replace them) accounting etc. I think this proposal is very fair and I would appreciate a personal response as soon as you are able.
