I reconfirmed the citicar pick up. Jet Blue cancelled this flight at 10:02pm last night. I recd no email re cancellation (?) Amex agent told me airlines will sometimes just wait for passenger to get to airport to rebook flight if it is less than 9-10 hours from flight. -I will copy on all tickets I book -After booking tickets I will set up the person flying to receive alerts re their flight through the carriers website if possible -I will tell the person flying to check in to their flight prior to going to the airport and to check the status of their flight prior to leaving for the airport.
