i spoke with adam and he said he is still working on his financing deal and will need 2-3 more
weeks to hopefully close deal
if deal closes he will use portion of proceeds to retire your loan
i also made him aware that he has not returned paperwork - adam mentioned that vera and his
attorney were reviewing and we should have soon..
