Subject: Great St James
FYI - The owner of GSJ would like to have the VIGOV buy the island. The VIGOV
is not interested since it does not have the money and, without money, it's not
a high priority. I know you were interested in CSJ at ono point. The owner
wants about $30NN for it and a lifetime agreement to allow his son to use the
existing house for vacation visits.
Thought - purchase it on behalf of the VIGOV and get a commitment that it will
not be developed.
