But he says he has been getting calls from brokers asking him the same thing: arc you trying to sell 15 east Eltst? He said 2 east 63 and 15 east Si are unique because of their width — ie 6o feet or so for 15 east 81. And he says if the record for a town house in NYC were to be broken it would be one of those two houses. Didn't mention yours though. I bet he is protecting himself — probably put out a few calls and then the owners, seeing the skyrocketing prices, decided to pull back. Where are you for New Years?
