'<INNIS> u je : Scott uene Good morning Rich, and Richard I called Scott yesterday and got his voice mail. I left a detailed message regarding our networking needs, he's yet to reply. I did say we would be onsite this morning, but I would have expected a confirmation from him if he planned to join, I did not. I will try again at 9:00am, but at this juncture, I do not believe he will be assisting us in any way. We should discuss our options. Rob and I will be onsite this morning to conclude the Crestron implementation. This implementation will require reliable communication using your network, hence the need for Scotts assistance and/or reviewing our options. If you have contact with Scott, and you can convince him to come to the site, the earlier he can arrive the better. I'm confident Rob and I will be in good shape fairly early on, waiting for Scott to arrive or respond serves no one. Not trying to throw him under the bus, but once we're done with our scope, we should head out unless we know he's on the way. While onsite we will check your speakers as well. Due to the nature of the damage to your existing equipment, we think this wise.
