e Richard Kah From: Jeffrey Epstein Sent: Tue 10/8/2013 10:13:06 AM Subject: Re: LV Stucco cannot open file. no paint thats why we stucoocd the house. paint peels off. On Tuc, Oct 8. 2013 at 2:40 AM Jeffrey Below is from JJ regarding stucco at Larry's attached Photo's of color sample. How do you wish to proceed.? Re: Stucco at Larry's house ote: Here is a follow up on the stucco at Larry's. The stucco color cannot be matched exactly. It happens sometimes, the original yellow could have been matched but the new Blue color, is so muted that they aren't able to match it. My suggestion would be is to do a brown coat and then paint the exterior, that way there isn't any question. Cost to paint would be 920.00, materials and labor.
