We would settle but we needed Gary to come up considerably from his offer of 510,000. 2. If we didn't settle, then we would force a judicial accounting of the trust to be filed in NJ. If this happens, the trust will pay a very large fee to the NJ Court. She was not aware of this and was going to check it out. I am waiting to hear from her.
