The one shows the inspiration and the other is some of the furniture selections. It is difficult to gain a true idea without me going into detail for each space. The entire concept, look and feel and furniture selections will be gone through with JE tomorrow in detail. This is really just a teaser. I have about 100 specifications in total separated per apartment that I can send along if needed although I think it might just confuse things, but if JE wants this information I will be happy to send this along. Please let me know. I have received a quote from the GC and am meeting with them tomorrow at l lam to go through this with a fine tooth comb. The initial bid, as always is just silly and over priced so I am very hesitant to send to JE. Tomorrow I will be trimming the fat so to speak to come up with a bid that is reasonable and will send along once received. I also have sent all the specifications to the purchasing agent who in turn will provide me with a cost for each piece of furniture per apt as well as the project as a whole. This will include procurement, warehousing, delivery and install once we are ready for this phase of work. I should have this package back by end of week or early next and will send along once I have received and reviewed. I think that after my meeting with Jeffery tomorrow he will have a full understanding of next steps. We are almost there and ready to begin. Please let me know if you require further information.
