Mr. Epstein
I am writing to you in reference to my sub contracting services. It has come to my attention , by
reliable sources that my services are to be terminated and replaced. With this knowledge I
cannot honestly work with full commitment to the job at the moment. I have enjoyed working
at LSJ and would like to continue, however until I have some direction from you one way or
another I will stay off island. When I submitted my last billing I included extra hours that I put
in above and beyond lam-4pm. I realized that when Ron wanted us to work until 6pm one
day instead of 4pm that I could by at the mercy of a new manager. Up till now I have given
you over 1500.00 in free time witch I am willing to let go. I wanted to lay out guidelines of
my hours then and there. I am willing to work until 5pm the days you are on Island, however
I bill bill a straight 9 hour day at a rate of $25.00 an hour. When I work past 4pm or 5pm on
those days an overtime rate will be applied. I hope this can explains in better detail as to what
my status is on payroll. I hope to hear from you in a positive way for both os us.
Respectfully
David Starofsky
