I checked and found out Mori Bldg charter service has a nice private helicopter, designed by Hermes. They fly between Akasaka and Yao (Osaka) with 300 man yen for one way. For your future reference. ;-) It is about 2 hours flight. They do sogei between your hotel/home and the heliports. The other companies fly with much less cost, around 10-20 man per hour.
