I understand you have a different view, but from my perspective there was a number of deals that never came through because of some clever loophole you shared when it was time for your portion of the commitment. I don't want to have any new ongoing deals with you because of that - I don't want anything else to fight about. Lets make it simple. Making any of this dependent on X negates the purpose - security. X should not be part of this equation..
