He is offering us $5000 and he will do all necessary work to remove it himself. Considering the condition of the machine and Rimco's estimate of $12,000 to make it moveable, I think this is a reasonable offer. I made it very clear to him that we would provide transportation to and from the island and the use of the barge to transport the trackhoe and that is all the assistance we will be providing (no tools and no man power).
