If it weren't for his help, Linda and I would be much less focused on having the right game plan for me. He's been so generous with his time, and concern for me WHILE WORKING HIS ASS OFF SEEING PATIENTS WHO ALSO DEPEND ON HIM. He calls me 4-7 times daily to make sure we do everything right. I know you're probably asking how I could have possibly let this get so far.... Well, statistics show that 70% of patients with metastatic lung cancer have no indication until it's too late. I go in for annual physicals...EVERYTHING NORMAL. My internist saw something on a routine X Ray last week, that wasn't even seen on the ER X Ray 2 days later. The CT scans found more, the MRI's revealed the worst. Please don't second guess Michael or even think about holding him remotely responsible for ANY outcome. It's my life (what's left of it), and I put my my full confidence, appreciation in Michael doing this for me. I know you guys mean well, but with all your connections, well-meaning suggestions, and help, neither of you are oncologists... Michael is.
