We work to help more Samburu children go to school and receive the level of education they desire, whether that is primary school, high school, technical school, or college. Few years ago we have begun the exciting, exhilarating and always involved task of organizing the Thorn Tree Project African Bazaar and Silent/Online Auction. This year, we will host our gathering at the fabulous Urban Zen studio in the West Village again (Danna Kara studio). The event is always vibrant and exciting through the use of live music and performance. There will be a SILENT auction, like in the past years, and a ON-LINE auction using a smart phones and other internet-connected devices. I'm asking my friends to save the date, which is June 6th, and come meet us at Urban Zen for an exciting evening of music, drinks and beautiful objects. Our schools are growing and so is our need to increase our fundraising through the auctions and bazaar sales!!! We cannot do this without you; we are a Volunteer-based group!!!
