Jeffrey,
I spoke to Kevin at AVpro, according to buyer deposit suppose to arrive tomorrow.
Kevin does not believe this is real, and feels tomorrow the buyer will have
another excuse why the money didn't post.
Hopefully we'll have good news tomorrow, but not confident.
