To: " " Cc: Fran: Sent: Fri 11/2/2012 3:01:03 PM Subject: B727 throttle repair Jeffrey, Ref: #1 Thrust reverser / Throttle completed a conference call with ATC Mx repair in U.K. and Larry Morrison, we have elected to only remove the #1 engine for Thrust Reverser bearing replacement. We plan to remove the engine Monday and have reinstalled by Friday. We have lobed the #3 engine Thrust reverser bearing and will evaluate its movement on Friday when the #1 engine is completed. If we can postpone the #3 repair. Morrison would prefer to address this bearing change and engine removal during our C check/ fuel tank inspection due in March 1st of 2013. if the throttle and Thrust reverser remains free and operational,. Auto Pilot issue: -we are still trouble shooting the Altitude hold issue with autopilot at this time. The autopilot installed in our Boeing is a unique One Off unit, no other 8727 has exact system installed, this requires us to send out AutoPilot control head to the States where it was fabricated for trouble shooting, if the problem is determined to be inside the control head, or Autopilot interface unit that couples the Flight Director to the Auto Pilot control head. I will keep you updated. thank you, Larry V EFTA_R1_00464722 EFTA01977986
