Spoke to my counsel and CFO and we'll have a proposed structure to you by the
weekend. I'm sure you can appreciate that we would need to close quick as to not
risk the other investors we already have term sheets from. What you proposed
today makes more sense for me in a few ways if structured correctly. Let me know
