I sent him quite a few emails and left voice messages where he avoided my request for confirmation that the desk had shipped. When I asked him to send me the bill of lading he eventually said it will go out this week. I do not know how to ensure that it goes out. I have told him that it is absolutely imperative and that the buyer requires it very urgently, but they do not seem to follow anything I say. Should I get Rich Kahn on to them as well?
