He has many ideas, and most of them include China in the picture. I feel he is in early stage of developing his plan. I am sure there are areas that I can help him. But, these are along term, macro level projects, which mean low visibility of profitability. Of course, project profitability is not a key measuring benchmark in his case. He wants to attract capital across the global to bank in Senegal. I don't think helping you or me to attract capital to bank in Shanghai is anywhere close to top of his list.
