Visa is usually issued for 2 years at a time and can be extended indefinitely. You scare me with the other people on E2 questions. Let me know what it is you are thinking. Arun called me back to say it's OK to incorporate in USVI if the business is in the US and I as a beneficiary own 50%+. He said he will research it more..
